III. Admission & Enrollment

  • Application Process: Prospective students must adhere to the application procedures outlined on our “How to Apply” page.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria for a program does not guarantee admission. Admission is competitive and based on a variety of factors as determined by the ECOH Admissions Committee.
  • Accuracy of Information: Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in their application. Any misrepresentation or omission of information may result in the rejection of the application or dismissal from the program.
  • Admission Offer: Admission offers are provisional and subject to the verification of submitted documents. ECOH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of admission if any discrepancies are found. Accepted students must confirm their acceptance by the deadline specified in the offer letter and may be required to pay a non-refundable confirmation fee.
  • Enrollment Confirmation: Enrollment in a program is confirmed upon the completion of all required admission procedures, including the payment of applicable fees by the stipulated deadline and submission of all necessary documentation.
  • Changes to Programs: Epicurean College of Hospitality reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its programs, curriculum, schedules, faculty, and fees at any time without prior notice.

IV. Fees and Payment

  • Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are subject to change annually. The current fee structure for each program is available on our website or from the Admissions Office. Students are responsible for paying all applicable tuition fees according to the payment schedule outlined by ECOH.
  • Other Fees: Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to application fees, registration fees, material fees, examination fees, and late payment charges. Details of these fees are available upon request.
  • Payment Methods: Fees can be paid through the methods specified by ECOH, which may include online payment, bank transfer, or in-person payment at the Accounts Office.
  • Late Payment Policy: Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in penalties, including late payment charges, suspension from classes, or withholding of academic records.

V. Student Conduct and Discipline

  • Code of Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, responsible, and ethical manner at all times, both on and off campus. This includes respecting faculty, staff, fellow students, and college property. Disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or any conduct that violates the college’s rules and regulations will not be tolerated.
  • Academic Integrity: All academic work must be the student’s own. Plagiarism, cheating, collusion, or any other form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and will result in serious disciplinary action, including but not limited to failing grades, suspension, or expulsion.
  • Disciplinary Procedures: Violations of the Code of Conduct or Academic Integrity will be addressed through a fair and transparent disciplinary process, which may involve investigation, hearings, and imposition of sanctions as deemed appropriate by the college’s disciplinary committee.
  • Use of College Facilities: Students are expected to use college facilities and equipment responsibly and following established guidelines. Any damage to college property due to negligence or misuse may result in financial penalties and/or disciplinary action.

VI. Intellectual Property (Student Work)

  • Ownership: Unless otherwise specified in writing for a particular project or assignment, students retain ownership of the intellectual property they create as part of their coursework.
  • College Use: By submitting their work, students grant Epicurean College of Hospitality a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their work for educational purposes, including but not limited to showcasing student achievements, curriculum development, and accreditation reviews. The college will endeavor to provide appropriate attribution where feasible.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan.
